My story ended after 1.8 months of dating. The distance is too much and we both are at this stage of life where I’m still trying to make a career,broke ,unemployed . I wanted to try make it out work but I don’t want to hold him down for the next 6-7 years until I’m established. Anyway I hope rest of u guys make it work . Remember it takes two to make it work . Sometimes love isn’t enough but still don’t give up! And if it doesn’t work outs it’s fine u can’t do much about it anyway just let it be and try moving on .

my girlfriend and i think about it like if we lived in the same place and went to the same school then we would not have good communication or have helped each other grow and get better because we would have just focused on the physical aspect of our relationship (and also that stuff is awkward to talk about out loud)

I was in a long distance relationship for 4 years with 12 hours different time zones. It was hard and we started to run out of topic. We both were too busy with our own life and having an movie online date becomes a start of arguments. We broke up in a good way and atayed friends. It was hard ngl. 9 months later, we got back together and even stronger than ever! Hopefully we cpuld close the distance in the upcoming years. For me, ldr is beautifully weird. It is not for everyone because it is sooo far from easy and consists lots of finance, tears, and overthougths lol. But I am glad that I am in it with someone I can trus and love who literally feels the same way. Whishing us all luck for ldr couples!
